Our HR Policy

Training and Careers

Forward-looking HR Management, Training, In-house Professional Mobility: Solinest offers excellent career prospects.

Skills Development

Employee training is vital when it comes to maintaining a firm's competitive edge. And that is why Solinest invests more than 3% of its wage bill every year to help to develop its employees' skills sets (training schemes defined according to individual needs, corporate strategy and change in our environment).

Professional Mobility and Job Bridges

The acquisition of new skills and specialisation by employees facilitates their development within the company. Inter-department career bridges have even been designed to allow talent to express itself and develop year after year.

Internships and Work Experience

Each year, Solinest accommodates students on internships or apprenticeship contracts.

A Social Issue

We always accommodate ten apprentices and interns in trademarketinglogistics or finance. Depending on training, the youngster is recruited on a long-term internship or through anapprenticeship scheme (a minimum of 12 months).

In this way, youngsters receive training in a profession, with an employer and an employee, while studying for a formal qualification and their professional future. Developed at Solinest in 2009, the apprenticeship scheme has already been tried and tested with several successful inductions and career "bridges". In this way, Solinest promotes the professional insertion of youngsters into the world of business.

Spotting Talent and Sharing Experience

In making this choice, Solinest is investing in its future and creating a pool of expertise. It's also an opportunity for its managers to spot talent, pass on their own expertise, share their experience and reap the benefit of seeing through a fresh pair of eyes.  Category managementmarketingcommercial jobs, logistics or support functions, the wide range of professions at Solinest offers excellent career prospects.
